WHO WILL I BE WORKING WITH?
The Ferraro Method was built by Andrea Ferraro. Andrea is an experienced Personal Trainer and Online Coach. He is also qualified to provide clinical treatments to help you along your journey to becoming pain free. He is friendly, approachable, and committed to helping you achieve your goals.

Hi, I'm Andrea and I'm the Director of The Ferraro Method.
I've been working as a personal trainer since 2016 and pride myself on delivering the best quality work for all of our clients. From helping them stay in shape, to recovering from injuries and always becoming the strongest, fittest and healthiest version of themselves.
I've personally worked with parents getting in shape whilst trying to keep up running around with their kids, to athletes dealing with injuries – and have even had clients featured in Women's Health magazine.

With the right knowledge, you can keep your results, continue progressing, and feel empowered every step of the way. My mission is to give people that power, so they can take control of their health and never have to start over again.

I’ve been training people for over twenty years, and in that time, I’ve come to believe that the greatest gift we have is our health.I draw from a diverse toolkit that includes Yoga, Pilates, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, and Rehab techniques, tailoring each program to the unique needs of the individual. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds – from athletes and performers to parents juggling busy lives – and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative exercise can be.

SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST
Hi I’m Ryan and I’m the Sports Massage Therapist at The Ferraro Method.I’ve been a sports massage therapist for 3 and a half years now, and have recently added cupping to my qualifications to help my clients further. I’ve have worked with a range of clients from office workers all the way to professional footballers at the top of their game.
My main driver is ensuring the highest quality results for all my clients and helping people with whatever their needs may be.

Rosa isn’t just Andrea and his wife Alice’s beloved pup—she’s also the heartbeat of The Ferraro Method. Each morning, she trots in beside Andrea, ready to clock in for a full day of tail wags, warm-up supervision, and generous doses of encouragement.Her specialties? Boosting morale with her signature puppy-eyed motivation, offering emotional support during those last few reps, and reminding everyone to stretch… preferably with belly rubs included.
Whether she’s patrolling the mats, cheering on clients, or sneaking in a quick nap between sessions, Rosa makes every workout a little brighter. She’s living proof that fitness is best with a friend—especially one with four paws and a wagging tail.
